Short one

Just a quick one today, because I'm exhausted. We're safe in New Delhi. Dan has had it with all of the little frustrations we've had along the way. It's so strange, because I've been pretty relaxed about it - complete role reversal for us. We're both ready to go home, though. We went shopping today, picked up some wicked cute children's suits.

Tomorrow - the embassy medical, and then probably nothing. We're just worn. Probal is still doing really well. Handled the flight very well, but didn't like take off and landing. They had touch screen tv's on the backs of all of the seats. He figured it out in short order, and thought it was hilarious that he could keep changing the screen. He also learned how to say light today. He rocks :)

Glad to hear one part of the trip is behind you. Now, too bad you couldn't finish it all up early and get home so we can meet the little bugger. Thanks for posting so we know you all are doing well.
Love, Carrie and family

I think the new travel arrangements are probably more exhausting -- more running around to appointments with your child, and no time prior to meeting your child to adjust to the new time zone. I was spoiled last time, I think! You sound like you're handing it very well -- and Probal sounds like one smart little cookie!
Hugs,
Nancy

I hope you get some good rest in the next few days - it won't be long now before you head back to Maine - we can't wait to have the 3 of you back :)

Hopefully you will be able to catch your breath a bit now that you will be in one spot for a couple of days. Probal seems to be such a resilient little guy. I am especially glad to hear he is doing so well.

How strange...my husband and I experienced a role reversal in India as well. I'm usually the calm one, but I was a basket case there. :) Hope your Embassy stuff goes smoothly.
